Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe


1 1/4 Cup Graham Crackers
1/3 Cup Melted Butter
8oz Cream Cheese (soften)
1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Tablespoon Milk
1/4 Cup Almond Extract
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
1/4 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Cup Cream
21oz. Carol Hall's Raspberry Dessert Topping

Mix graham crackers and butter.

Line bottom and sides of spring-form pan. 

Thoroughly mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, almond extract. 

Spread over crust and sprinkle with nuts.

Gradually add sugar to cream while beating.

When semi-stiff, spread over nuts. 

Refrigerate for two hours. 

Serve slices and top with raspberry dessert and extra whipped cream.
