PEPPER JELLIES
Pepper Jellies are classically served with cream cheese and crackers as an hors d'oeuvres. Its sure to be a hit at your party. Bring it up another notch, and try this delicacy with a good goat cheese . This southern Louisiana classic came from Carol Hall’s Mama's Kitchen, and carried over to hers. Mama served it with Gumbo, Shrimp Creole and Red Beans and Rice. Pepper Jellies are a versatile product that can be served on the side, or used as a glaze with Pork, Chicken, Ham, Lamb, and Fish. We have no interest in Artificial Flavors.
