Carol Hall, CEO
Carol Hall is the CEO and founder of Carol Hall's Kitchen, and has led the team since the very beginning, and is the company's backbone. When she's not making Hot Pepper Jellies, she's dabbling in ceramics, reading, and a whole lot of gardening.
Favorite product? Red Pepper Jelly
Brenda Pena, VP of Operations
Brenda has been with Carol Hall's Kitchen for just over a year, and is a valuable addition to the team as the Vice President of Operations. She and her five sisters were all raised here in Mendocino County, and she now calls Fort Bragg home. On her days off, you can find Brenda gardening, camping, wine tasting, and spending time with her family.
Favorite product? Mango Habanero Pepper Jelly
Casey Hall, VP of Sales
Casey has the proud honor of growing up in Carol Hall's kitchen, as Carol's third and youngest son. Casey stepped into his new role as Vice President of Sales of the family business in 2016, and has been growing and expanding the company in that position. On those few days off, Casey will be out on the ocean, fishing and diving and enjoying our beautiful Mendocino coastline.
Favorite product? Cherry Amaretto Jam
Bill Hall, Chef
Bill has been a chef with Carol Hall's Kitchen for just over ten years, and helped make the company what it is today! Although he's no longer in the kitchen every day, Bill has long been a fundamental part of who we are, and it's always a joy when he stops in to visit the headquarters.
Favorite product? Sweet Lemon Butter
Miriam Lopez, Chef
Miriam's expertise in the kitchen is an excellent addition to the Carol Hall's Kitchen team, and we don't know what we'd do without her. For over three years, she's been preparing the jellies that you know and love. Even when she's not in our kitchen, Miriam is always entertaining and cooking for her family and friends.
