1/4 cup olive oil (your favorite brand)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Carol Hall's Smoky Garlic Mustard
1/3 teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
Combine the five ingredients and mix thoroughly. Arrange crisp greens on a plate, crumble Gorgonzola cheese on top and drizzle your new vinaigrette over all.
